Welcome to CasaRosaParadise.com. By accessing or using this website and/or booking a reservation at Casa Rosa Paradise, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Reservation Requirements
A minimum stay of 4 nights is required.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance and security deposit must be paid prior to or at check-in.
A maximum of 6 guests is allowed per stay.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
2. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
Check-out is required by 11:00 AM.
Late check-out may result in additional fees unless arranged in advance.
3. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $2,500 MXN is required for incidentals.
This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days of checkout, provided no damages, missing items, or policy violations are found.
4. House Rules
No smoking is permitted inside the house.
Towels and sheets must not be removed from the property.
Guests must keep noise to a respectful level and comply with local laws and regulations.
No parties or events are allowed unless previously authorized.
5. Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee of $500 MXN will be charged per stay.
6. Electricity Usage
Reasonable electricity use is included.
Excessive consumption (determined at the discretion of management) may result in an additional charge deducted from your security deposit.
7. Parking & Gate Access
Stays over 2 weeks include access to gated parking inside the electric gate.
Lost gate key will incur a $2,000 MXN replacement fee.
Lost house keys will incur a $250 MXN fee.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
No-shows or early departures are not eligible for refunds.
9. Website Use
The content on this website is provided for general information and to facilitate vacation rental bookings.
You agree not to misuse the site, commit fraud, or engage in any activity that could harm the site or other users.
All bookings made through this site are subject to confirmation and acceptance.
10. Liability Disclaimer
Casa Rosa Paradise and its owners are not liable for:
Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
Injuries or accidents occurring on the property.
Interruptions of utility services due to external causes.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and agree to pay for repairs or replacement costs not covered by the security deposit.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of this site and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
By booking with Casa Rosa Paradise, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
